Steve Moore is one of the people truly blessed enough to be doing something he genuinely enjoys.  He is not only a product of the Joplin R-VIII school district, he married his high school sweetheart and now their son attends Joplin High School.  His dedication to the community and the building industry has been shown time and again.

            Steve has been a force in Joplin’s building industry since 1991.  Starting on the wholesale side of things, he progressed through a partnership with his father-in-law in the late 90’s.  From there, he entered into the code enforcement end of construction as Joplin’s building inspector.  After leaving the City of Joplin, he entered into another partnership with a larger building company.  Now Steve is doing his own thing as sole owner of Pinnacle.

             Past and current projects include housing and remodeling of all sizes with a specialty in upper-end custom homes, insurance work, and mid-sized commercial projects.  Also, under construction in the early stages is one of the area’s larger residential subdivisions, Fall Creek Estates.

             Steve’s dedication to the betterment of the building industry has been shown, in part, by his service over the last 4+ years to the Home Builder’s Association of Southwest Missouri, serving on the Board of Directors as President for the last 2 years and currently as “past president”.
